Can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your booking according to the terms of your chosen rate.
How is my room guaranteed?
We’ll use your credit card as a guarantee until you check in at the hotel.
Can I store my bags before I check in and after I check out?
We’re happy to store your luggage upon arrival if your room isn’t ready or after check-out at no extra charge, leaving you free as a bird to explore Toulouse.
Can I bring my pet?
We’re happy to welcome you and your small pet (under 10kg) and will leave some treats in the room for your furry friend. A supplement of €25 per night applies.
Where do I park my car?
The hotel car park, located beneath the hotel, is available to you upon reservation. A supplement of €22 per day applies.
Is there Recharging facilities for all electric cars?
Charging points for electric vehicles are available in the hotel car park. Remember to book your parking space to be able to recharge your car.
What languages are spoken by the staff?
Our team speaks several languages, the main ones being French and English.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Our entire establishment is non-smoking, but ashtrays are available in our outdoor areas.
What is the maximum room occupancy?
Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, and we have a range of interconnecting rooms if you decide to stay with your tribe.
Does the hotel have a laundry?
We work with an external dry-cleaning provider for your laundry needs. No stain is too big a challenge!
What different rooms does the hotel have?
FirstName Toulouse has 5 room and suite categories: Cocon, Carat, Cockpit, Collector Suite and First Suite.
We also have appartments.
Can I come with my kids?
Everyone – young and old – is welcome at FirstName.
What are the food and drink options?
Our restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Friday, in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday, and for Sunday brunch. Please contact reception to book.
Our bar is open every day.
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is freely available throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have a pool?
We don’t have a swimming pool at the hotel, but there’s a Léo Lagrange swimming pool at the end of the street.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Our gym is accessible whenever you feel like working up a sweat, with unrestricted opening hours. So, eat what you like at the restaurant!
Can I order room service?
Our Room Service team and our Housekeepers are there to take care of you throughout your stay.
Can i rent venues?
We have an entire floor of meeting rooms for hire, in conference, brainstorming or creative layouts: different atmospheres to suit your mood and needs. All are fully equipped and can be hired by the day or half-day.
